This Return & Refund Policy applies to purchases made from our online store operating in Cyprus and in accordance with EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
In line with EU law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you (or a third party other than the carrier) receive the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by contacting us at email with a clear statement.
Returns Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, undamaged,unopened and in its original packaging

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days from notifying us of your withdrawal
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receiving the returned goods (or proof of return)
The refund includes the cost of the item and standard delivery charges (as required by EU law). Any additional delivery costs (e.g. express shipping) are non-refundable.
Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at motonioholdingsltd@hotmail.com .
In such cases, we will cover return shipping costs and offer a replacement or full refund. -
