This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through our online store operating in Cyprus.


1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • Cyprus

  • European Union countries

  • Non EU countries

If your location is not listed, please contact us before placing an order.


2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays

  • Orders placed after 17:00 will be processed the next business day

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times (excluding processing time):

Destination Estimated Delivery Time
Cyprus [1–3 business days]
EU [5–10 business days]
International [7–21 business days]

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout

  • Any applicable VAT, customs duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer (for non-EU orders)


5. Tracking

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched (where available)

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear


6. Customs & Duties

For orders shipped outside the EU:

  • Customs inspections may cause delays

  • We are not responsible for customs fees, import taxes, or clearance delays


7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information

  • We are not liable for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery


8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost:

  • We will assist in investigating the issue with the carrier

  • Refunds or replacements will be handled in accordance with EU consumer law


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide photos of the damaged packaging and items

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable
